TRISHA TENPENNY-WAGNER

Trisha Tenpenny-Wagner joined the 33 Forever Board in 2022. She is a Shelby and Richland County, Ohio native. She is a local full time Realtor with Haring Realty. Trisia is a graduate of Shelby High School, has an Associates in Business Administration from North Central State College and a Bachelors in Organizational Communication from Franklin University.

As the daughter and daughter-in-law of local business owners, Tricia lives out her belief that it is important to stay involved with the local community.

Trisha and her husband, Joe, have four children. They “keep me very active in the community and through community I keep in touch with my clients and their needs,” she says. She also has 10+ years of customer service experience, with over half of those years spent in the banking industry.

Trisha recognizes the foundation of her real estate business is based on quality, ethical service standards, strong communication and putting all clients’ needs as top priority. She brings that and more to 33 Forever as a member of the Board of Directors.
