This year, 33 Forever established the Behavioral Health Immediate Care (BHIC) and 33 Forever Endowed Fund to provide operational support for the BHIC program in The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.

At Ohio State Harding Hospital

The BHIC is the only program of its kind in central Ohio and a rarity in the nation. Among other things, it ensures prompt access to follow-up care for patients after an inpatient mental health stay at Ohio State Harding Hospital and also provides an alternative to the emergency department for those with urgent (verses emergency) mental health care needs.

Welcome Space dedicated to Danielle Leedy

33 Forever’s commitment to financially support the BHIC is, in part, due to Dani’s own history. She would have, at various points in time, benefitted from the kind of care provided by this remarkable program. Thus, Dani’s legacy will continue in the Welcome Space and it is hoped that her story will be a support to others seeking care there.
