Pat Gordon joined the 33 Forever Board in 2021. Pat attended Bowling Green State University and Ashland University. She is a retired educator with 35 years of experience; serving as a Pre-School director, literacy coach, literacy trainer and classroom teacher. She currently is a Training Consultant for Fountas & Pinnell Literacy, Heinemann Publishing.
Pat is also a suicide survivor, having lost her daughter, Cara in 2014. Cara, who was deaf, suffered with severe anxiety and post-partum depression. However, through all the struggles and loss, Pat has worked to remain positive and hopeful. She is passionate about the mission and vision of 33 Forever and strongly believes in the importance of breaking the stigma of mental health.
Pat resides in Mansfield, Ohio.
