May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the month of Dani’s birthday. In honor of both, we are holding the 2nd Annual “33 Forever Mental Health Birthday Walk” on Saturday, May 21 in downtown Mansfield, Ohio. The walk starts at 11:33 am and registration starts at 10:33 am.

This family-friendly 3.3 km (approx 2 mi) walk starts and ends in the Richland Carrousel Park area. Afterward, we will have free carousel rides for walkers and families, a magician, a balloon artist, information about area mental health partners, food and the chance to visit Downtown Mansfield’s local businesses and for our community to begin to celebrate Spring and reconnect.

“Individual walkers” can register below for $33.00 This includes walker registration and a T-shirt (size will be requested).

“Family walkers” – 2 walkers from the same family unit – can for $66.00. This includes 2 adults and the rest of that family unit (kids, pets, etc.). This also includes registration for a family unit and 2 T-shirts (sizes will be requested). Additional T-shirts are available to order as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the screen printer’s requirements, registrations after May 15 are not guaranteed a T-shirt and they will be provided only as and if available.

We also have an option for “Virtual Walkers” who cannot join us in person in Mansfield. Virtual Walkers can also register online below just like other walkers but should plan their own 3.3 km (approx. 2 mi) walk where and when they wish. They are encouraged to share stories and photos about their walks on the 33 Forever Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

All walkers are also strongly encouraged to also secure pledges from their family/friends who are not walking in the event. Those making those pledges are requested to make their donations using their “Donate” button on this site and indicate the walker’s name. Walkers securing the top pledges will be awarded special prizes and recognition!
